Hello! I’m Victoria, although I answer to Tori………. reiki, Crystal healing and EFT therapist (Emotional Freedom technique).

I’m a Reiki Master, EFT (Emotional.Freedom.Technique or Tapping) practitioner and Crystal Healing therapist with over 7 years experience, I have excellent lineage to Mikao Usui the founder of Reiki.

Reiki, Crystals and E.F.T (Emotonal.Freedom.Technique or tapping) are energy based therapies which work to restore us, heal us, and release energetic trauma of not just our physical but our auric and etheric energies.

As humans we carry energy, it runs through our bodies and effects us in ways we may not realise. Throughout life we respond to the energy around us. from our present, our past and even the trauma of our ancestors is carried through to our emotional, physical and mental state. Our bodies carry a record of every life experience.

Yin is a subtle but gently powerful energy, asking quiet questions, nudging us, whispering and leading us through our breath and intuition, aiding our bodies natural ability to heal itself.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) can be described as an emotional form of acupuncture. 

Like acupuncture, EFT works by impacting directly upon the body’s energy flow but instead of using needles we use our fingers to tap the acupoints.
