I’m a Reiki Master, EFT (Emotional.Freedom.Technique or Tapping) practitioner and Crystal Healing therapist with over 7 years experience, I have excellent lineage to Mikao Usui the founder of Reiki.

My Crystal teacher is Kim Dowdell who has worked with Crystals for over 25 years and has vast knowledge and experience of both Crystals and Energy medicine.

I have learnt so much from both of teachers, their knowledge and experience has helped me to forge my own path and create an approach which I believe reaches people with a strong sense of spirituality and those who would not label themselves as spiritual.

I have my feet on the ground and am very much powered by head and heart.

I’m passionate about making therapies accessible to people with knowledge of energy based treatments and those who have no experience at all.

There is no right or wrong way to experience energy, it’s unique to all of us and will affect us in exactly the way we need.
